Refund policy

Returns 

Our policy lasts 10 days. Requests must be made within 10 days of purchase. All requests made after 11 days will be ineligible for returns and/or refunds. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, undamaged, unaltered, and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Returned items will incur a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 30%. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Items must be returned in boxes that allow the item to be undistorted.

Priority mail, UPS ground, and USPS First class mail shipping options are non-refundable. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed which may take up to 10 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items ineligible for return
All discounted items which includes but are not limited to: clearance items, sale items, promotional items, special order items.

Products that are opened, used, altered, and/or damaged.

Products with missing components which include but are not limited to: tags, manuals, and packaging materials.

All WIGS and Hair products  are non return- refundable due to U.S. FDA sanitary regulations 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  support  Blushsafari@gmail.com and send your item to: 8170 S Eastern Ave  Las Vegas NV 89123 in united States 

Refused Packages / Insufficient Address (Return To Sender)

Packages that are returned to us due to refusal of package or insufficient address (return to sender) will require an additional payment to reship the package due to shipping costs. 

If the shipping costs are not paid, the package will be treated as a return with a 10% - 20% restocking fee. All shipping costs are not refundable.

Return Process
To return your product:

if we accepted  your request 

2. Send an email to Blushsafari@gmail.com  with the title "RETURNS Order #(order number here)" 

3. Allow 2-8 business days for shipment to arrive and go through inspections

If your order passes inspection, please allow 2-8 business days for your refund to process. Depending on the size of your return, you may incur a 10%-20% restocking fee. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that
